Prices in US dollars, excluding VAT, during the launch phase. Every new account starts with 500 free credits, about one building front. Larger volumes or invoicing instead of a card: talk to us. How billing works
Measured at upload, charged at download.
When a scan is uploaded, the engine finds the facade plane and measures the wall the run will model, from the returns themselves and not from the file's bounding box. That area, in square metres, is the price you see before you launch.
Running and reviewing cost nothing. When you download the IFC or the report for the first time, the run charges the area it actually modelled, once; every later download of the same run is free. A run you never export, a failed run, a cancelled run: no charge.
Every movement is a line in your credit ledger: charged, granted, bought. You can read it on the credits page at any time.

What counts as a square metre of facade?
The area of the facade plane the engine framed and modelled, in metres, as reported by the run. Not the scan's bounding box, not the floor area, not the number of points.
Why is it priced by the square metre?
Because that is what the work is. A facade twice the size takes twice the reading and twice the fitting, so it costs twice as much, and you can price a job before you launch it instead of asking us for a quote. The rate falls with pack size, and credits already bought keep the rate you paid.
When exactly am I charged?
At the first download of a run's IFC or report, for the facade area the run modelled. Launching, the viewer, the review and the reviewed IFC are free, and once a run is paid every file of it downloads free.
Is there a free tier?
Every run is free to launch and review, however many times you like: you only pay to take the model out. New accounts also start with 500 free credits, about one building front, enough to take a finished model away without buying anything.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe, from the credits page of the app. Stripe emails the receipt.
Can I download my scan and my files later?
Yes. The scan, the IFCs, the report and the evidence images are downloadable from the project while it exists, and are deleted with it.
What about interiors, roofs, terrain?
Not in version 1. AutoIFC models facades: walls, windows, doors, vents, railings, terraces and the plinths under them. Interiors are on the roadmap; we will not charge for something we do not model.
Do you offer invoicing terms, or larger volumes?
Yes to both, from the Portfolio pack upwards: we can invoice instead of charging a card, and price volumes beyond 50,000 m². Use the contact page.
