Measured, not promised
What it gets right, on a surveyed building.
On one named building of a surveyed estate, scored against the surveyor's own IFC: 99 % of the windows found, and 94 % of the windows we drew are theirs, 96 % of the wall surface covered, and every door found.
On buildings nobody had read before, on clouds four times thinner, we find 75 % of the windows — we publish that too, because it is the figure that tells you what a new building does.
We do not quote a tolerance. The third-party references in this field disagree with each other within 10 cm on 2 % of the windows they share, so a "10 cm" from any supplier is a statement about their reference, not their model. What we publish instead is what each element says about itself, and the per-axis errors on a named building.

What does it cost?
One credit is one square metre of facade modelled. Packs start at $49 for 1,000 m², about two building fronts, and the rate falls to $0.030 per m² in the largest pack. Every new account starts with 500 free credits. You are charged when you download, once per run, on the area the run actually modelled.
Which formats and scanners?
Any terrestrial or mobile scanner that exports E57, LAS, LAZ or PLY. Colour is used when the scan carries it, and helps tell a door from a window.
What is modelled?
Facades: walls cut by storey, windows, doors, vents, railings, terraces, copings, string courses and the plinths under them. Interiors, roofs and terrain are not in this version.
Does it work with Revit?
Yes. What you download is IFC 4, which Revit reads with Link IFC and which Archicad, BIMcollab, Navisworks and any IFC viewer open directly. The walls, windows, doors and vents arrive as typed elements with stable GUIDs, so a re-export lands on the same objects rather than duplicating them. We do not ship an .rvt file.
Can I check it against my own model?
Yes. Send the reference IFC with the scan and the run is scored against it, giving you the same table we publish, for your building: how much of your model we found, and how much of ours is yours.
Do you train on my scans?
No. Your scans, the images derived from them and your models are used to run your own projects and nothing else, and the model provider processes them under terms that exclude training.
